Game Integrity Bot Specialist
Flutter International is seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the Game Integrity Bots team. This role is focused on ensuring that games are played cleanly and fairly for all customers by policing the usage of prohibited third-party tools and investigating cases of suspected foul play.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with colleagues to improve detection methods and maintain a trusted playing field. This position follows a hybrid working model, allowing for a balance between working from home and collaborating in the modern Sofia office.
- Enforce PokerStars policies and game rules to identify and combat the use of prohibited software, artificial intelligence, and other forms of unfair advantage.
- Handle, investigate, and act on cases of prohibited tool usage across PokerStars platforms.
- Use dedicated tools to gather and analyse data to assist in case conclusions.
- Present findings to colleagues and managers and take action based on consensus.
- Assist colleagues with cases by providing valuable feedback to ensure timely resolution.
- Handle customer-reported cases and ensure all suspicions are thoroughly investigated.
- Work on individual projects aimed at improving detection methods and efficiency.
- Present results of project work to relevant stakeholders through data-driven reports or data visualisation.
- Handle various other Game Integrity queries while communicating with external customers and cross-department teams.
- Experience playing online poker and using common third-party assistance tools (required).
- Excellent understanding of poker strategy and game theory (required).
- Full understanding of and passion for fighting for the good of the poker playing community (required).
- Solid understanding of mathematics, specifically statistics, and comfort managing large amounts of data (required).
- Experience with Excel functions and writing queries (nice-to-have).
- Excellent attention to detail to identify suspicious patterns while remaining objective (required).
- Ability to convey complex principles in concise written and verbal form to various audiences (required).
- Excellent level of written and verbal English (required).
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and within a team environment (required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with insatiable curiosity (required).
