Information Security Governance Lead Specialist
Flutter International is seeking an Information Security Governance Lead Specialist to coordinate and oversee information security governance and compliance activities across the Southern Europe and Africa (SEA) region. This role supports strategic information security projects and ensures compliance with ISO 27001, NIS2, WLA, and online gaming regulations, specifically concerning cyber-security topics.
The specialist will coordinate compliance initiatives, support audits and regulatory inspections, and maintain security policies and governance processes. They will also monitor regulatory developments, coordinate the implementation of required controls, and manage the remediation of internal audit findings. Furthermore, the role involves promoting information security awareness training and developing governance metrics and executive reporting for Flutter SEA Group.
- Coordinate or support key activities related to information security initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Coordinate internal and external compliance initiatives related to ISO 27001, NIS2, WLA and cyber security related aspects of gaming regulations across Flutter SEA legal entities and brands.
- Support audits, certifications, assessments and regulatory inspections across Flutter SEA legal entities.
- Maintain and improve security policies, standards and governance processes for FlutterSEA legal entities and brands.
- Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate implementation of required controls across Flutter SEA legal entities and brands.
- Coordinate internal audit findings remediations with related owners in FlutterSEA Group.
- Promote and support internal Information Security Awareness Training initiatives across FlutterSEA Group.
- Develop and maintain information security governance metrics, dashboards and executive reporting for all FlutterSEA Group.
- 5+ years of experience in Information Security Governance and Compliance (required).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2, WLA requirements and related governance frameworks (required).
- Extended experience in managing audits, certifications and finding remediation programmes (required).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills (required).
- Project coordination, analytical and problem-solving capabilities (required).
- Italian language is mandatory (required).
- Excellent English communication skills (minimum grade: B2) (required).
- Base pay hiring range for this role in Italy: 42,759€ - 50,324€ gross per year.
