Junior Compliance Officer
Ensuring the regulatory compliance of the Adjarabet group company with the applicable internal and external regulations.
The role involves managing regulatory compliance processes, assessing the compliance of company activities and documents, and rendering relevant recommendations, guidelines, and memos.
It also includes developing and updating company policies and procedures, coordinating compliance with group policies, and conducting regulatory research.
The Junior Compliance Officer will advise staff on compliance matters, conduct periodic trainings, and manage the compliance monitoring process.
Reporting to company management is required on a periodic basis or upon request. The role also involves participating in new product launches, drafting and reviewing terms and conditions, and managing the approval process from regulatory authorities.
Responsibilities extend to managing the application process for obtaining or renewing relevant certificates, licences, and permits, as well as drafting and reviewing compliance-related correspondence, including customer complaints.
Reviewing agreements from a regulatory perspective and drafting relevant clauses are also key duties. The Junior Compliance Officer will perform other duties as assigned by the CLRO or Compliance Director.

- Developing and updating company’s policies and procedures.
- Coordinating the compliance with the group policies.
- Conducting regulatory research.
- Advising the staff on compliance matters.
- Conducting periodic trainings to the staff.
- Managing compliance monitoring process.
- Reporting to the company’s management on a periodic basis/upon request.
- Participating in new products launch process in the company.
- Drafting/reviewing (and managing the approval process from the regulatory authorities, if necessary) the terms and conditions (e.g. the terms and conditions under which the company provides services) and amendments thereto.
- Managing the application process to obtain and/or renew the relevant certificates/licenses/permits.
- Drafting/reviewing compliance-related correspondence (including in relation to customer complaints).
- Reviewing agreements to be signed in the name of the company from the regulatory perspective and drafting relevant clauses.
- Performing other duties as assigned by CLRO/Compliance Director.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (required).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in compliance, legal, regulatory or similar roles (preferred).
- Strong analytical, research, organisational, and problem-solving skills (required).
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (required).
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and integrity (required).
