Omni-Channel Communications Officer
As an Omni-Channel Communications Officer, the role involves managing communication strategies across multiple channels, ensuring a consistent and seamless customer experience. This involves coordinating messaging across display, programmatic, direct, social, web, email, mobile, and search channels.
The role will utilise data and analytics to improve audience engagement and campaign performance. It requires working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and integrated messaging across campaigns.
- Develop and execute integrated communication strategies across multiple channels.
- Coordinate messaging across all customer touchpoints, including display, programmatic, and direct channels.
- Manage the delivery of targeted marketing messages to different audience segments.
- Develop channel-specific content and engagement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise communication campaigns using analytics tools.
- Use customer feedback, data insights, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Report on communication effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and integrated messaging across campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required).
- Experience managing omni-channel communication strategies (required).
- Familiarity with customer engagement, marketing, social media, email, programmatic, and analytics platforms (required).
- Experience with audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimisation (required).
- Strong communication, analytical, and planning skills (required).
- Ability to collaborate across teams and deliver integrated campaigns (required).
- A data-driven, customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail (required).
