Payment Service Manager
Flutter International is seeking a Payment Service Manager to be based in Tbilisi, Georgia. This role focuses on the design, execution, and continuous improvement of payment operations to meet business and customer requirements.
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day payment processes, monitor channel performance, and oversee the end-to-end payment journey. This position involves close coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve operational issues and drive project execution.
- Ensuring that payment operations design and execution is being performed meeting business and customer requirements.
- Managing reconciliation-related issues, including investigation, escalation and follow-up with relevant vendors.
- UX / UI tracking and its constant improvement.
- Request and analyze reports.
- Managing and resolving payment-related operational issues, including escalation and coordination with payment vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Managing day-to-day payment operational processes and ensuring their smooth execution.
- Monitoring and coordinating execution of payment projects.
- Monitoring payment channel performance and proactively addressing operational issues.
- Managing the end-to-end payment journey and driving its continuous improvement.
- At least 1-year of experience working in the payment business (preferably a bank or other financial organization) (preferred).
- Higher education (preferably in the financial-economic or management fields) (preferred).
- Accuracy, competence, decision making, analytical and logical thinking, professionalism, sense of responsibility, initiative, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills (required).
- MS Office (required).
- High proficiency in English (required).
