Procurement Manager (12-month fixed-term contract)
Flutter International is looking for a Procurement Manager to join the Flutter SEA Procurement Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Category, the successful candidate will lead a team of buyers and drive category strategy in alignment with regional objectives.
The role involves executing end-to-end sourcing projects and managing the supplier base as part of the advanced Risk and Sustainability Program. The Procurement Manager will coordinate internal stakeholders through the RFX process, including contract negotiation and definition, while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures across the Group and local subsidiaries.
- Lead a team of buyers and drive category strategy in alignment with the Head of Category.
- Manage the assigned supplier base as part of the Flutter SEA Risk and Sustainability Program.
- Execute end-to-end sourcing projects from analysis to delivery to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate and lead internal stakeholders through the RFX process, including contract negotiation and definition.
- Manage and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
- Lead multi-country RFX processes and negotiations while sharing and implementing best practices.
- Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies that drive value, efficiency and cost savings (required).
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving effective commercial outcomes (required).
- Ability to look at the bigger picture and connect procurement strategies with business objectives (required).
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage different stakeholders and priorities (required).
- Experience in leading, supporting and developing a team (required).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (required).
