Senior Creative Project Manager
Flutter International is looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to join the Content and Creative Services team. This role sits at the centre of operations, acting as the key link between stakeholders, regional partners, and internal creative teams to ensure projects are clearly scoped, resourced, and delivered effectively.
The successful candidate will lead a small team, govern processes, and drive clarity across all briefs. They will remain hands-on, overseeing key campaigns from brief through to delivery while managing timelines, budgets, and approvals. Working closely with the Production Executive, the role supports delivery across live streams, TV, social content, and campaigns within a hybrid working environment.
- Act as a key liaison between Creative Services and regional partners.
- Lead regular reviews on briefs, SLAs, and ways of working.
- Drive clarity on scope, handovers, and ownership, including chargeable work boundaries.
- Create high-quality presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish clear, consistent processes across partners and projects.
- Oversee the intake and triage of all briefs into Creative Services.
- Ensure projects are correctly scoped, resourced, and scheduled before work begins.
- Partner with the Production Executive on budget approvals where required.
- Own key campaigns end-to-end, setting the standard for delivery across the team.
- Manage resource allocation and adjust priorities as needed.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, regional partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication on progress, priorities, and risks.
- Act as the central point of contact, ensuring alignment across all parties.
- Support creative teams in navigating partner requirements and expectations.
- Lead and develop a small, high-impact team.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance management.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
- Manage team workload, resource planning, and priorities to ensure successful delivery.
- Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency, clarity, and output quality.
- Ensure smooth handovers between teams at each stage of delivery.
- Lead project debriefs, capturing learnings and driving continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues before they impact delivery.
- Proven years of project management experience in a creative or design environment (required)
- Strong understanding of creative and production workflows across multiple disciplines (required)
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Monday, or Workfront (required)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (required)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail (required)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (required)
- Proven people management experience of 3+ years (required)
