Senior Talent Acquisition Officer
Flutter International is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to join the team in Tbilisi, Georgia. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to sourcing and selecting top talent.
The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to develop recruitment strategies, manage candidate data, and enhance employer branding. This position is a fixed-term contract.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.
- Source potential candidates through various channels and platforms in local and international labour markets.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manage candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using company’s Applicant Tracking System.
- Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, employer branding events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Support and manage recruitment-related projects and initiatives within the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Psychology, or Business administration (required).
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar HR/recruitment role (required).
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software (required).
- Fluency in English - both written and spoken is required (required).
