Associate Trading Operations Executive - Exchange
Flutter UK & Ireland is looking for an Associate Trading Operations Executive to join its dynamic Trading Operations team. This role supports the company's major Sportsbook and Exchange products across its brands, ensuring smooth operations from market creation through to issue resolution. The position involves making real-time decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance while working across various product verticals.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence and fostering a customer-obsessed culture. - Ensure the smooth functioning of Sportsbook and Exchange products from market creation to issue resolution.
- Make quality real-time decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Actively seek new ideas and collaborate with colleagues to offer an innovative betting experience.
- Collaborate across departments including Tech, Trading, Commercial, Customer Service, Product, Liquidity, and Premium to drive operational improvements.
- Take end-to-end ownership of operational areas, including live management, settlement, post-settlement issue resolution, and retrospective reporting and analysis.
