Performance Analyst
Flutter UK & Ireland is looking for a Performance Analyst to join the Gaming Team at Betfair. This role offers the opportunity to play a central role in influencing customer engagement, cross-sell, and acquisition strategies through data-driven insights.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders of all levels to drive performance. The position involves monitoring targets, identifying trends, and providing strategic recommendations to maximise business outcomes.
- Monitor performance to ensure targets are met and decisions can be made in a timely manner.
- Identify and communicate opportunities and challenges to relevant stakeholders along with solutions and advice to maximise performance.
- Generate reusable reports using different analytical tools allowing stakeholders to self-serve.
- Produce in-depth pieces of analysis and strategic insights to provide a detailed explanation of underlying trends and recommendations.
- Adopt a long-term view and anticipate future trends and implications (required).
- Ability to clearly communicate findings in a concise and effective manner (required).
- Actively listen with intent and appreciate the opinion of others (required).
- Think about customers 24/7 and put them at the heart of all activities (required).
- Get stuck in to achieve results, remain confident under pressure, and be comfortable giving opinions (required).
- Highly enthusiastic and willing to learn, with a desire to understand behaviour, look for patterns and find great things (required).
- Excellent data manipulation skills in Excel with a special emphasis on producing output appropriate to the audience (required).
