Senior Content Performance Executive - 9 Month FTC
Flutter UK & Ireland is looking for a Senior Content Performance Executive to join its content team. The ideal candidate will have extensive analytical experience, be able to run SQL, and possess knowledge of commercial performance forecasting. This role will play a meaningful part in optimising the Flutter UKI casino games portfolio by recognising trends and analysing customer preferences.
The successful candidate will work in a team that prioritises customer safety, with experts in understanding customers and supporting them to play positively. Support will be provided not only across the Customer Safety Tribe but also to wider business stakeholders, including global brands. Insights and knowledge gained will drive meaningful change across the industry.
This role is a 9-month Fixed Term Contract.
- Analyse the performance of casino games, including player engagement metrics, retention rates and profitability.
- Ideate and create new reports utilising data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable recommendations and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay updated on the latest developments in the gaming market.
- Benchmark performance against competitors and find opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Work closely with a range of stakeholders across multiple teams to support and drive content optimisation strategies.
- Extensive analytical experience (required).
- Ability to run SQL (required).
- Knowledgeable on commercial performance forecasting (required).
- Experience in reporting tools including Excel, Looker, SQL, Redshift, all data platform experience welcome (required).
- Understanding of the iGaming industry (preferably casino), including game mechanics, player behaviour, and market dynamics (preferred).
- Strong statistical analysis capabilities, demonstrating proficiency in applying statistical techniques to analyse complex datasets and draw actionable insights (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and findings to collaborators at differing levels (required).
- Commercial acumen: Ability to identify and pursue opportunities in the space and capable of selling the potential internally (required).
