Sports Trading Operations Executive
As an Executive in the UKI Sports Operations Team, the individual will be part of a dynamic team that supports the biggest products across UKI Trading. They will ensure the smooth functioning of the Sportsbook products for the three UKI brands on sports like Darts, Cricket, Golf, Rugby GAA and many more, from market creation right through to issue resolution, making quality real-time decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
The role demands a critical and solution-oriented problem solver, focused on continuously improving the experience of the customers. Comprehensive training across all trading operations facets is provided. The individual will collaborate across various departments, including Tech, Global Trading, Commercial, Customer Service, and Product, to drive operational improvements that enhance the customer experience. They will form part of a team that takes full end-to-end ownership of their operational area, spanning market creation, live management, settlement, post-settlement issue resolution and retrospective reporting and analysis.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the Sportsbook products for the three UKI brands on sports like Darts, Cricket, Golf, Rugby GAA and many more.
- Manage market creation, live management, settlement, post-settlement issue resolution and retrospective reporting & analysis.
- Make quality real-time decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Actively seek new ideas and collaborate with colleagues to offer an innovative and exciting betting experience to over 1 million customers.
- Collaborate across various departments, including Tech, Global Trading, Commercial, Customer Service, and Product, to drive operational improvements that enhance the customer experience.
