VIP Portfolio Manager
Gamdom is looking for a VIP Portfolio Manager to join the team and take ownership of building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value players. The role is focused on delivering exceptional service, driving player engagement, and improving retention through personalised experiences and strategic account management.
The ideal candidate has experience in VIP account management, customer relationship management, or a similar client-facing role. They should possess a strong understanding of player behaviour, a passion for gaming, and an analytical mindset to optimise VIP strategies and deliver outstanding player experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value players, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.
- Manage a portfolio of VIP players, identifying opportunities to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Develop and execute personalised rewards, promotions, and incentives tailored to individual player profiles.
- Analyse player behaviour, performance data, and gaming trends to optimise VIP offerings and strategies.
- Provide premium support and ensure VIP players receive fast, personalised, and seamless assistance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall VIP experience and player journey.
- VIP Account Management Experience - Previous experience working as a VIP Account Manager, VIP Host, Key Account Manager, or in a similar customer-facing role managing high-value clients. (required)
- Strong Customer Relationship Skills - Ability to build trust, understand player needs, and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers. (required)
- Analytical Mindset - Comfortable analysing player behaviour, engagement metrics, and performance data to drive decisions. (required)
- Casino Industry Knowledge - Understanding of online casino products, promotions, player psychology, and VIP management practices. (required)
- Sales & Negotiation Skills - Ability to identify opportunities, upsell effectively, and create mutually beneficial outcomes. (required)
- Cross-Cultural Communication - Ability to communicate effectively with players from diverse backgrounds and adapt engagement strategies to different cultural preferences. (required)
