Junior Content Specialist

Description

Games Global is looking for a Junior Content Specialist to join the Commercial team and assist in driving the success of the game portfolio. This role is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about gaming, commercially minded, and enjoys turning data into actionable insights.

The Junior Content Specialist will play a key role in supporting game releases and market performance across the LATAM region. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure content is effectively distributed and aligned with regional objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Support the impact of new game releases across LATAM by helping ensure content is distributed to the most relevant markets and operators, with a focus on Brazil and other priority LATAM jurisdictions.
  • Help understand, communicate, and adapt game launch plans in line with individual title targets, key selling points, and operator objectives specific to LATAM markets.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and LATAM based customers to support all preparatory work for game launches, helping ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Assist in reviewing Studio performance across LATAM to help identify opportunity gaps at operator, market, and content level, including trends in game types and player demand specific to the region.
  • Support the development of plans to improve growth potential and long-tail performance in LATAM, while helping ensure clear communication and alignment with internal stakeholders and agreed roadmaps.
  • Help analyse game KPIs and market intelligence to assist in assessing performance trends and contribute to actionable, regional-specific recommendations.
  • Support each Studio’s identity and positioning across LATAM through regular day-to-day engagement with internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a supporting link between Studios and the Commercial team, helping share LATAM performance insights to support better content decisions for operators and markets in the region.
  • Support awareness of local regulatory frameworks (e.g., Brazil's Lei 14.790 and SPA/Ministry of Finance requirements) as they relate to content presentation and market fit.
  • Travel occasionally, where required, to represent assigned Studio(s) at industry events and customer meetings across LATAM.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of gaming products, particularly slot content, with a willingness to develop the ability to present games effectively to LATAM operators (required).
  • Genuine interest in and passion for gaming products and LATAM market trends (required).
  • Fluent in Portuguese (required).
  • Working proficiency in Spanish and English (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and cultures (required).
  • Developing ability to interpret performance data, market trends, and customer feedback, and help translate these into practical, LATAM-relevant recommendations (required).
  • Willingness to support operator and Studio roadmap planning, with an interest in LATAM market relevance and commercial opportunity (required).
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to help coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders under guidance (required).
  • Up to two years' experience within the gambling industry, or in a relevant commercial, content, or sales support role, ideally with LATAM exposure (required).
  • Ability to understand technical processes and, with support, translate them into clear commercial or operational actions (required).
  • Awareness of, or willingness to learn, legal and compliance requirements relevant to commercial and content-related activity in LATAM markets, including Brazil's regulated real-money gaming framework (required).
