Office Administrator
Games Global is seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join the team. This dual-function role is critical in ensuring a seamless front-of-house experience while providing essential administrative support to the Facilities function.
This role combines reception responsibilities (approximately 30%) with facilities administration (70%). The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors while also playing a key role in maintaining the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the office environment.
This opportunity is based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal and is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
- Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Oversee visitor registration and access processes
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities function
- Coordinate vendors, service providers, and maintenance requests
- Track and manage facilities-related queries to ensure timely resolution
- Assist in maintaining workplace standards and office operations
- Support communication between staff, suppliers, and the Facilities lead
- Previous experience in reception, office administration, or facilities support (required)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (required)
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented (required)
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities (required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
