InPlay Analyst (Football)
Genius Sports is looking for a part-time InPlay Analyst based in Tallinn, Estonia, to help deliver accurate, real-time sports data from live events globally. The role involves monitoring live matches, collecting and validating data, and ensuring the quality and reliability of information used by customers.
This position is suited for individuals who are passionate about sport, possess excellent attention to detail, and can maintain focus in a fast-paced environment. As part of the Operations team, the analyst plays an important role in maintaining the high standards of the company's products.
- Monitor live sports events and collect real-time data accurately and efficiently.
- Use sports knowledge to support the quality of live event coverage.
- Follow established processes and data standards.
- Identify and report any issues that may affect data quality or service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of concentration and accuracy during live events.
- Provide clear and timely reports on operational issues during shifts.
- Work scheduled shifts of 3 to 12 hours within a 06:00 to 00:00 window, based on live event timing.
- Strong knowledge of a variety of sports, especially football (required).
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy (required).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment (required).
- Strong focus and concentration during live event coverage (required).
- Good reporting and communication skills, with excellent English (required).
- A flexible and resourceful approach to problem-solving, working independently while contributing to team success (required).
- Availability mainly on weekends (required).
- Experience monitoring and analysing live sports events (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with real-time sports data products and processes (nice-to-have).
- Monthly salary ranging from €894 to €1278 gross.
