Junior HR Administrator Part-time (Fixed Term)
Genius Sports is seeking a Junior HR Administrator to support the full employee journey, from onboarding new Geniuses to keeping HR processes running smoothly. The role involves collaborating across teams, maintaining accurate records, and handling sensitive information with care and confidentiality.
This position is ideal for an organised, people-driven individual excited to learn and grow in HR.
- Assist with transitioning HR processes to Shared Services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with Bulgarian legal requirements.
- Create and maintain employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents, ensuring legal compliance and timely delivery.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, working closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Operations to deliver a seamless experience.
- Update employee files and manage benefits such as food, transport, and multisport, ensuring timely activation and transparent communication with vendors.
- Handle employee information with discretion, communicate openly with managers and stakeholders, and support ethical, transparent HR practices.
- Employee-focused and service-oriented: Provides a customer-first, employee-centric experience through timely, professional, and empathetic support and collaboration across teams (nice-to-have).
- Detail-driven and technically proficient: Skilled in Excel, Word, and SharePoint with strong attention to detail. Ensures data accuracy, identifies and corrects inconsistencies, and supports continuous process improvement (nice-to-have).
