Sports Customer Support Analyst
This role is part of Genius' team that helps sports leagues and teams boost performance on and off the field using cutting-edge tech, analytics, and visual insights. The analyst plays a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience.
You'll handle incoming requests, support clients via Zendesk and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and onboard new users. Alongside this, you'll monitor live match data and assist with troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide customer support via Zendesk.
- Prioritise and manage incoming requests.
- Collaborate with internal technical and onboarding teams to escalate issues.
- Assist with technical troubleshooting.
- Work in shifts (morning & afternoon, hybrid model).
- Excellent communication in fluent English (written & verbal) (required).
- Strong problem-solving with the ability to multitask & prioritise (required).
- Proactive, accurate, and able to perform under pressure (required).
- Confident with computer systems and tools (required).
- Previous customer support experience (nice-to-have).
- The monthly salary for this full-time role ranges from €1580 to €2100 gross.
