Transformation Manager
Genius Sports is looking for a Transformation Manager to help shape the future of its operations. The role involves identifying opportunities to improve internal workflows by utilising automation, AI, and smarter processes to ensure operations are efficient and scalable.
Working closely with the SVP of Operations and Transformation, as well as teams across Product, Engineering, and Finance, the Transformation Manager will lead strategic initiatives from conception through to delivery. The role requires the use of data, insight, and collaboration to drive meaningful change and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
- Lead and deliver transformation initiatives that support the AI and automation strategy across Operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, build business cases, and develop implementation plans that deliver measurable value.
- Partner with teams across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance to improve workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Develop dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics that provide clear visibility of transformation initiatives, milestones, and business outcomes.
- Coordinate the Product Specialist community, ensuring priorities, roadmaps, and strategic objectives remain aligned across functions.
- Present recommendations, progress updates, and insights to senior stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Experience delivering transformation, operational improvement, or business change initiatives (required).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into practical recommendations and measurable outcomes (required).
- Confidence building business cases, financial models, and ROI assessments (required).
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing teams at different levels of an organisation (required).
- An interest in automation, AI, and modern technologies that improve operational efficiency (required).
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment (required).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to solving problems (required).
- Experience supporting AI, automation, or workflow modernisation programmes (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of operational reporting tools, dashboards, or business intelligence platforms (nice-to-have).
- Experience working in a technology, SaaS, or sports technology business (nice-to-have).
- Monthly salary ranging from €3,300 to €4,300 gross.
