Junior Settlement Specialist
The purpose of this role is to calculate, record, and verify sports event and market results for pre-match and live betting lines to ensure accurate bet settlement.
This role operates across online resources, handles technical feed issues, resolves data errors, and coordinates with internal departments on non-standard match cases. The specialist will play a key role in maintaining a seamless betting experience while working closely with Trading, Antifraud, and Support teams.
- Scoring events and market results of the pre-match betting line.
- Recording statistics results in primary events during the game and at the end of the match.
- Performing manual scoring of live betting events and markets in case of technical difficulties with feeds.
- Searching and verifying results across different online resources.
- Correcting results and resettling bets when data errors or changes occur.
- Filling tables with information on match outcome changes, interruptions, technical defeats, and other non-standard cases.
- Studying new sports, events, and rules for accurate settlement.
- Communicating with Trading, Antifraud, and Support departments regarding bet settlements, match status, and result links.
- Learning and assimilating new information quickly.
- Strong knowledge of sports, rules, and regulations (required).
- Understanding of gambling principles and basic betting rules (required).
- Analytical and critical thinking skills (required).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure (required).
- Effective communication skills (required).
- English – Intermediate+ (required).
- Ukrainian or Russian – fluent (required).
