Junior AML Analyst - UK Market

Description

Greentube is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior AML Analyst to join the team, supporting AML/CTF compliance efforts for the UK-regulated market. In this role, the analyst will monitor player activity, conduct investigations, and ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment where their contributions will directly support the integrity of the AML framework. The role involves conducting risk assessments, investigating unusual behaviour, and ensuring that all activities align with both company policies and UK-specific regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct customer risk assessments with the support of internal, external and open-source tools and systems.
  • Identify and investigate unusual player behaviour using internal tools and procedures.
  • Perform screenings for politically exposed persons (PEPs), sanctions lists, and adverse media, evaluating associated risks.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of potential issues in accordance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply account actions and/or restrictions in line with AML guidelines.
  • Provide updates on account reviews to internal teams and liaise with external parties when appropriate.
  • Operate in full alignment with AML laws, company policies, and UK-specific regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Previous AML experience, either gained within another regulated industry (e.g., banking, financial services, fintech) or through a similar AML/Fraud/Risk role within the iGaming industry (required).
  • Familiarity with AML frameworks, KYC protocols, and UK-specific regulatory expectations (required).
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a systematic, investigative approach to problem-solving (required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable in a dynamic, high-paced work environment (required).
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines (required).
  • Able to participate in a rotating shift schedule, including weekend and public holiday coverage (required).
