(Junior) Regional Portfolio Manager
The (Junior) Regional Portfolio Manager supports the planning and execution of the slot game portfolio within a dedicated market. This role acts as the operational and content specialist for the assigned region, helping ensure that game releases meet market expectations, regulatory requirements, and strategic priorities.
Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, the role contributes to smooth delivery, market-aligned content, and continuous performance improvement. The position involves managing the full lifecycle of the regional slot game pipeline and coordinating across various departments to ensure successful product launches.
- Executes the global content strategy within the assigned region, aligning themes and features with local player preferences.
- Manages the regional slot game pipeline from selection and integration through launch and post-launch maintenance.
- Supports market insight gathering across B2C, B2B, and social channels, using structured data to guide supplier improvements.
- Acts as the daily operational contact for assigned suppliers, coordinating assets, requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Oversees regional compliance preparation and ensures smooth technical handoff in collaboration with Games Delivery.
- Coordinates launch readiness activities with Marketing, CRM, and Operations for market-specific go-to-market execution.
- Maintains accurate roadmap entries in Jira and flags risks, delays, or dependencies proactively.
- Uses standardised performance reports to understand content impact and closes the feedback loop with strategy and supplier teams.
- 3+ years of experience in product, project, or content management, ideally in iGaming or digital media (required).
- Experience managing external vendor relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams (required).
- Understanding of the regulatory and market landscape relevant to the assigned region, such as USA, Europe, LatAm, or Social (required).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Asana (required).
- Strong communication, organisational, and project execution skills in complex environments (required).
- Solid understanding of slot game content trends, player behaviour, and monetisation concepts (required).

- The minimum gross annual salary for this position according to the applicable collective agreement is €48,860 (full-time basis). A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
