The role requires customising campaigns, working with a range of communication channels (Email/SMS/Popup/WebPush), and collaborating closely with wider teams, focusing on ordering content and design materials.

- At least 2 years of experience in a CRM/Retention or marketing manager position with an understanding of the full user flow (required).
- Experience with different communication channels (email/SMS/push/popup) (required).
- A great knowledge of casino and sports players (required).
- A good knowledge of industry specifics (user behavior, mechanics, bonuses, game types) and key KPIs (GGR, NGR, Turnover, ATPU, etc.) (required).
- Ability to prioritize and organize operational tasks efficiently according to set deadlines (required).
- Knowledge of HTML and Jira (nice-to-have).
