Financial Controller
The role focuses on managing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes to support the company's operational and strategic goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial integrity through rigorous data analysis and compliance monitoring. This position is designed for a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex financial data and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Prepare budgets, including data verification, analysis, consolidation, and uploading data into the accounting system.
- Review payment requests to ensure compliance with company policies, budget limits, and approval procedures.
- Monitor expense budgets, analyse budget-to-actual variances, and investigate significant deviations.
- Prepare budget presentations and management reports.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance, including experience in a similar or related role (required).
- A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (required).
- Strong financial literacy and analytical skills (required).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software/systems (required).
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to learn quickly and take initiative (required).
- A high level of accountability and ownership in delivering results (required).
