Description

Growe is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with business goals and organisational priorities. The role involves leading organisational design, workforce planning, and organisational effectiveness initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating organisational change and transformation, owning HR analytics and people metrics, and driving performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning. They will also own the HR budget, lead a team of 3 HR professionals, and coach managers to strengthen leadership capability and embed effective performance management practices. Additionally, the role involves driving employee engagement and organisational culture initiatives, partnering with Talent Acquisition, and ensuring scalable HR processes, policies, and governance. The HR Business Partner will also lead cross-functional HR projects and strategic people initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with business goals and organisational priorities.
  • Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Facilitate organisational change and transformation, ensuring successful adoption across the department.
  • Own HR analytics and people metrics, translating data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning to strengthen leadership capability and ensure business continuity.
  • Own the HR budget, including planning, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Lead a team of 3 HR professionals, fostering high performance and continuous growth.
  • Coach and partner with managers to strengthen leadership capability, embed effective performance management practices, and navigate complex people challenges.
  • Drive employee engagement and organisational culture initiatives that support a high-performance environment.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, hiring strategy, and onboarding.
  • Ensure scalable HR processes, policies, and governance aligned with business needs.
  • Lead cross-functional HR projects and strategic people initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, including 2+ years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role (required)
  • Experience working in multicultural and geographically distributed environments, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and cultures (required)
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions (required)
  • Experience leading organisational change and transformation initiatives (required)
  • Experience managing HR budgets and people analytics (required)
  • Previous experience leading and developing an HR team (required)
  • Proven project management skills, including leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation (required)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment (required)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (required)
