Junior Treasurer
Growe is seeking a Junior Treasurer to join their team. This role is designed for a professional who aims to manage bank payments and cash flow while maintaining effective communication with banks and payment service providers.
The Junior Treasurer will play a key role in supporting KYC procedures and ensuring the accurate preparation and collection of necessary documentation and invoices. The position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of monitoring account balances and ensuring the timely reconciliation of bank statements within the accounting system.
- Manage bank payments and cash flow.
- Communicate with banks and payment service providers.
- Support KYC procedures.
- Prepare and collect required documents and invoices.
- Respond to banks' requests in a timely manner.
- Monitor all account balances.
- Ensure timely recording of transactions and reconciliation of bank statements in the accounting system.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (required).
- Experience working with international banks (required).
- Experience handling corporate documents, including powers of attorney, statutes, board resolutions, and related documentation (required).
- Practical experience with 1C and Excel (required).
- Intermediate level of English (required).
- Upper-Intermediate level of Ukrainian (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (required).
- Ability to work with large volumes of data (required).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy (required).
