Outbound Call Center Supervisor
The client is a fast-scaling international marketing company and a major player in the iGaming industry. This role is perfect for those who aim to manage the daily operations of the outbound team, monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement, and conduct 1:1 meetings, team meetings, and regular performance reviews.
The supervisor will analyze team and campaign results to identify trends, weaknesses, and growth opportunities, and provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to management. They will also support agents with coaching, guidance, performance improvement plans, and onboarding.
Additionally, the role involves creating and improving communication scripts and outbound approaches when needed, and helping to optimize workflows, processes, and communication strategies to maintain high standards of communication quality and team efficiency.
- Manage the daily operations of the outbound team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement.

- Previous experience as a Supervisor in an outbound call center, sales, retention, or customer support environment (required).
- Experience in iGaming industry (required).
- Strong understanding of sales communication and outbound operations (required).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with KPIs and performance data (required).
- Leadership skills and experience managing a team (required).
- English level - at least Upper-Intermediate (required).
- Ability to take ownership and work independently (required).
