Description

This role is for a Project/Process Automation Manager who will coordinate cross-functional work across Marketing, CRM, Product, and other teams, ensuring priorities stay visible and on track. The position involves improving multi-brand processes by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and documenting new ways of working. It also includes enhancing Jira adoption by configuring workflows, building dashboards, and driving best practices across teams. The role will automate routine work such as status reporting, presentation updates, follow-ups, repetitive communications, and dashboards using AI and no-code tools. Collaboration with external experts and consultants is also a key part of the role, translating their recommendations into practical solutions for day-to-day team operations.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across Marketing, CRM, Product, and other teams, ensuring priorities stay visible and on track.
  • Own the meeting rhythm, including planning sessions, retrospectives, status updates, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Improve multi-brand processes by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and documenting new ways of working.
  • Enhance Jira adoption by configuring workflows, building dashboards, and driving best practices across teams.
  • Automate routine work such as status reporting, presentation updates, follow-ups, repetitive communications, and dashboards using AI and no-code tools.
  • Collaborate with external experts and consultants, translating their recommendations into practical solutions for day-to-day team operations.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years in a coordinator, project, or operations role across multiple teams (required)
  • Solid Jira and Confluence user, comfortable configuring workflows and dashboards (required)
  • Comfortable using AI tools in daily work (required)
  • Hands-on with at least one no-code automation tool (required)
  • Curiosity: you ask clarifying questions to better understand a problem, process, or workflow (preferred)
  • Finisher mindset: you see things through to completion; loose ends bother you (preferred)
  • Maintainer mindset: you keep things organized over time, not just in bursts. Documentation, follow-ups, and small improvements don't get forgotten (preferred)
  • Attention to detail: you notice inconsistencies, missing ownership, and blockers that others might overlook (preferred)
  • Willingness to challenge: you speak up when something doesn't make sense, respectfully and constructively (preferred)
