Recruiter
Growe is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for candidates at all levels, including international locations. The role involves coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Growe requires the successful candidate to collaborate closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and develop effective hiring plans. The position also focuses on maintaining a positive employer reputation and managing candidate databases while tracking performance data to optimise recruitment outcomes.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment process including coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates (sometimes including our international locations).
- Create new ways to engage passive candidates through sourcing and social media.
- Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process.
- Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer.
- Enlarge and manage candidates’ database.
- Track and analyze pipeline and performance data on a regular basis.
- Assist in integrating employees recruited into the team.
- Participate in projects of the HR Team.
- 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT/digital companies/recruitment agencies (required).
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases (required).
- Proficiency in conducting competency-based interviews (required).
- Proven experience in European hiring (required).
- English - Upper Intermediate (required).
- Experience working in the iGaming industry (nice-to-have).
