SEO Specialist

This role is perfect for those who aim to build and scale satellite websites from launch to stable traffic and conversions. The SEO Specialist will own SEO performance across multiple sites and target GEOs, develop and test advanced link-building and promotion strategies, and drive technical SEO improvements across structure, indexing, speed, and redirects.
Key responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities through keyword and competitor research, shaping SEO-focused content plans and collaborating with copywriters, and using AI tools to automate workflows and scale content production. The role also requires adapting strategies quickly to algorithm updates and ranking changes.
- Build and scale satellite websites from launch to stable traffic and conversions.
- Own SEO performance across multiple sites and target GEOs.
- Develop and test advanced link-building and promotion strategies.
- Drive technical SEO improvements across structure, indexing, speed, and redirects.
- Identify growth opportunities through keyword and competitor research.
- Shape SEO-focused content plans and collaborate with copywriters.
- Use AI tools to automate workflows and scale content production.
- Adapt strategies quickly to algorithm updates and ranking changes.
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience in iGaming or betting, including satellite website promotion (required).
- Strong understanding of Google crawling, indexing, ranking, and spam filters (required).
- Practical technical SEO skills, including redirects, robots.txt, sitemaps, canonicals, and structured data (required).
- Experience with advanced link-building methods and associated risk management (required).
- Confident use of Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and keyword clustering tools (required).
- Experience evaluating domains and backlink profiles (required).
- Hands-on use of ChatGPT or Claude for SEO content and workflow automation (required).
- English - Intermediate level or higher (required).
- Fluent Ukrainian (required).
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of your work (required).
