VIP Account Manager

Description

Growe is seeking a VIP Account Manager to build and develop long-term relationships with VIP clients. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of high-value users while delivering a personalised, high-touch client experience. The aim is to drive client engagement, retention, loyalty, and activity.

The successful candidate will understand player behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and use client insights to improve the VIP experience. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic iGaming environment to contribute to business expansion and the development of new markets.

Responsibilities
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with VIP clients.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value users.
  • Deliver a personalised, high-touch client experience.
  • Drive client engagement, retention, loyalty, and activity.
  • Understand player behaviour and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work with client insights to improve the VIP experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic iGaming environment.
  • Contribute to business expansion and the development of new markets.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, VIP Management, Customer Success, Retention, Sales, or similar roles (required).
  • Experience in iGaming or understanding of client retention, lifecycle management, and VIP player behaviour (required).
  • Ability to manage several VIP clients simultaneously, work with client activity data, and act on insights (required).
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level and fluent Ukrainian (required).
  • Hungarian language will be a plus (nice-to-have).
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to build trust with clients (required).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills (required).
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach (required).
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility (required).
  • Emotional intelligence, resilience, and ability to stay calm in non-standard situations (required).
  • Flexibility and readiness to work in a dynamic environment, including occasional urgent client requests outside standard working hours (required).
