Junior Admin Clerk
Hollywood Bets is looking for a Junior Admin Clerk to manage daily stock requests and ensure that order entry systems are followed correctly. The role involves overseeing the generation of stock picking slips and maintaining accurate reporting to support effective decision-making.
The Junior Admin Clerk acts as a key point of contact for customers regarding stock availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. The position requires strong communication skills to manage back orders and resolve customer queries efficiently while supporting the sales and warehouse teams.
- Ensure day to day stock requests follow the correct order entry system and are approved.
- Generate general stock picking slips on time according to departmental procedures.
- Prepare accurate and timeous daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the warehouse by close of business daily to confirm goods have been dispatched.
- Ensure outstanding items are dispatched to customers timeously.
- Assist customers with queries regarding pricing and stock availability.
- Communicate back orders or stock delays to customers clearly and timeously.
- Invoice items on back order once stock is received.
- Provide accurate estimated delivery dates to customers considering lead times and logistics.
- Ensure correct customers are charged and relevant information is supplied to the warehouse.
- Assist the warehouse team with picking, packing, and dispatching special requests.
- Provide support to the sales team.
- Maintain 100% compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and relevant laws.
- Declare all gifts and conflicts of interest.
- Assist with projects as directed by management.
- Basic computer skills (required)

- MS Outlook, Excel & Word proficiency (required)
