Junior Invoice Clerk
This role focuses on the accurate and complete invoicing of sales orders and the capturing of stock counts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining organised filing systems and supporting the stock control team. The role requires effective communication with other departments to resolve queries and ensure that all operational targets are met in line with company objectives. Comply with all policies and procedures and strict adherence to internal controls. Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting is done accurately and timeously and contains appropriate content to enable effective decision making.
- Accurate and complete invoicing of sales orders.
- Capturing of stock counts.
- Filing of all documentation.
- Timeously and effectively deal with debtor/customer enquiries or thoroughly support the stock control team in doing so.
- Deal with queries and interact with other departments to resolve queries timeously.
- Ensure achievement of company’s strategic objectives, goal plans and targets.
- Comply with all policies and procedures and strict adherence to internal controls.
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting is done accurately and timeously and contains appropriate content to enable effective decision making.
