Website Editor (Sports Topics)
iGamingNuts is looking for a website editor to create and optimise content on sports topics. The person in this role will be responsible for editing texts, ensuring SEO standards, and analysing results to provide users with the highest quality materials.
The candidate should be interested in sports, know current trends, and be willing to share their knowledge. The task will be to prepare content published on iGamingNuts websites and media that the company collaborates with.
- Creating articles or/and commissioning their creation from external writers
- Editing texts on websites and verifying them
- Ensuring high standards of created content, taking into account SEO principles for iGamingNuts websites
- Researching, tracking topics, and proposing and implementing original materials
- Updates regarding the optimisation of materials for search engines
- Analysing results based on Google Analytics and SEO tools
- Keyword analysis to understand priorities when creating content
- Experience in creating professional news and guide texts (required)
- Experience in editing texts, including proofreading and correcting to make them more readable, understandable, and effective communicatively (required)
- Passion/knowledge/interest in current sports events in Poland (required)
- Potential readiness for shift work, sometimes also on weekends (on-call duty approximately every 5-6 weeks) (required)
- High autonomy, creativity, professionalism, and commitment (required)
- Excellent command of the Polish language (required)
- Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console) (required)
- Experience in a similar position is welcome (nice-to-have)
- Knowledge of WordPress (nice-to-have)
