Account Executive III
IGT is seeking an Account Executive III to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across Western Canada. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through consultative selling, long-term account planning, and the cultivation of trusted customer relationships.
As the primary relationship owner, the Account Executive III serves as a commercial and product expert for assigned accounts. The individual will partner with internal cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with both customer and business objectives, while leading commercial negotiations and identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across Western Canada.
- Drive revenue growth through consultative selling, long-term account planning, and trusted customer relationships.
- Serve as a commercial and product expert for customers.
- Act as the primary relationship owner and escalation point for assigned accounts.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that support customer and business objectives.
- Develop and execute account strategies.
- Lead commercial negotiations.
- Identify opportunities for new business, expansion, and cross-selling.
- Travel regularly within Canada, as well as occasional travel to the United States or other locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related experience (required)
- 8+ years of experience in sales or account management (required)
- Strong understanding of sales, operations, finance, and product functions (required)
- Experience developing and executing strategic account plans (required)
- Strong commercial negotiation skills, including pricing, renewals, and contract terms (required)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders (required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (required)
- Ability to independently navigate complex commercial, contractual, and customer relationship challenges (required)
- Ability to identify new business, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities (required)
- Ability to travel within Canada and the United States to support customer engagement (required)
- Ability to obtain gaming licenses as required by jurisdiction (required)
- MBA or equivalent (preferred)
- 8+ years of gaming industry experience (preferred)
