Executive Assistant
IGT is hiring for the role of Executive Assistant II to provide high-level administrative support to senior C-Suite Executives. This position focuses on enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership teams while fostering a productive and professional work environment within a fast-paced, global headquarters setting.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and resourceful professional capable of managing complex calendars, coordinating global travel, and handling sensitive information with discretion. The role requires a strong understanding of business operations, including finance, human resources, and management principles, to successfully support executive leadership and advance organisational goals.
- Provide dedicated administrative support to assigned senior executives, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, invoice processing, and expense reporting.
- Schedule and organise meetings and global team events.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the senior executives.
- Review and summarise miscellaneous reports and documents, and prepare presentation materials.
- Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Provide support to other executives and leaders as requested.
- Facilitate communication, teamwork, and productivity across the executive assistant team.
- Perform other miscellaneous tasks and additional duties as needed to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the executives and their organisations.
- Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings (required)
- Experience scheduling complex, global travel arrangements through travel agencies and using corporate systems (required)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (required)
- Superior communication and customer service skills (required)
- 2+ years experience supporting senior executives in a large, complex, and preferably global organisation with thousands of employees (preferred)
- 10+ years professional administrative or similar work experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or additional equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Positive and optimistic attitude with a bias for action and results (preferred)
- Ability to build and facilitate a positive and fun culture (preferred)
- Self-starter that recommends tasks and solutions that make operations better (preferred)
- Highly detail oriented (preferred)
- Ability to travel within the USA, and possibly international, up to 10% (required)
- Ability to drive within Southern Nevada (required)
- Ability to lift 10 pounds (required)
- Ability to work in an office setting, use computer and office equipment for at least 8 hours daily (required)
- Ability to work remotely as needed (required)
- Proficient in typing (required)
- Estimated starting compensation range of $80,000 to $120,000 USD
