- Create game math for original titles and adapt highly rated IGT land-based games into captivating online experiences.
- Develop and maintain detailed mathematical documentation, including models, game logic, PAR sheets, and customer-facing materials.
- Test and validate mathematical outcomes using MS Excel, programming, and proprietary tools to guarantee accuracy and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., game design, mathematics, statistics, or computer science) or equivalent experience (required).
- Solid experience with MS Excel, creating and adapting large and complex spreadsheets (required).
- Basic programming knowledge and aptitude for learning advanced programming techniques using C++, C#, or similar language, for simulating game logic (required).
- Candidates must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Poland (required).
