Game Producer (iGaming)

This role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering casino games developed by the company's teams. The work is within a regulated industry, so attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and respect for rules are important.
- Lead and coordinate digital casino game development projects as the main point of contact.
- Define project vision, scope, and schedule, while providing regular feedback and tracking progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure smooth team communication.
- Identify and resolve project blockers, assess risks, and create backup plans when needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with the game vision.
- 5+ years managing online/mobile casino games or technical projects with 3+ years of leadership experience (required).
- Proven track record delivering quality products on time (required).
- Familiar with Agile, localization, and internationalization best practices (required).
- Strong communication, self-driven, proactive, and independent (required).
- Candidates must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Poland (required).
