Senior Reward Manager

Description

Kambi is seeking a Senior Reward Manager to shape how Reward works across a global business. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of Kambi’s Reward agenda, from salary structures and benchmarking to incentives and global benefits. The role has the scope to challenge current practices, use data and market insight to identify areas for improvement, and turn those ideas into practical solutions for people and the business.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role within a collaborative, supportive global People team, offering plenty of autonomy and visibility. The successful candidate will own Reward processes and initiatives from analysis and recommendation through to implementation and communication.

Responsibilities
  • Review and develop salary bands and pay structures, creating clear and consistent frameworks that support compensation decisions and pay transparency.
  • Assess benefits across Kambi's locations and identify opportunities to improve consistency, employee value, and effectiveness.
  • Build effective relationships with benefits providers and brokers, supporting negotiations, renewals, and reviews to deliver strong service and value.
  • Review commission, bonus, and incentive plans and recommend changes that work for both the business and the employees they cover.
  • Support the evolution of job architecture, levelling, and salary structures in partnership with the wider People team.
  • Help run annual Reward activities with accurate data, clear communication, and well-organised processes.
  • Use internal compensation data, external benchmarking, and market insight to identify trends and make practical recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Improve processes, policies, and communications so that employees and managers can understand Reward programmes and have a more consistent experience across global locations.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards within an international organisation (required).
  • Excellent knowledge of salary benchmarking, salary bands, and compensation structures (required).
  • Experience reviewing or developing commission, bonus, or other incentive arrangements (required).
  • Strong experience working with employee benefits across multiple countries or regions (required).
  • Confidence partnering with benefits providers, brokers, and external partners, including supporting commercial discussions and renewals (required).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret compensation data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations (required).
  • Ability to independently take projects from initial analysis through to recommendation, implementation, and communication (required).
  • Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to make complex Reward topics clear and accessible to different audiences (required).
  • A collaborative, pragmatic approach (required).
Benefits
  • Permanent contract.
  • Hybrid working model, with three days per week in the office.
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to how Reward operates across a global business.
  • Work across a varied portfolio of compensation and benefits initiatives with scope to identify improvements and shape Reward approach.
