Tech Lead Full Stack JavaScript (Node.js / React)
L'Addition, a subsidiary of Groupe FDJ, is looking for a Full Stack Technical Lead – M/F on a permanent contract (CDI) to lead the construction of a modern and modular platform dedicated to local businesses. You will be the technical driver of the project, ensuring consistency between the front-end, back-end, and product objectives. You will design and evolve a robust, clear, and scalable full-stack architecture. You will develop alongside the team, unblock situations, and lead by example, guiding developers in their skill development and encouraging collective progress. You will guarantee the performance and stability of interfaces, APIs, and databases. You will collaborate closely with the product, design, and front-end teams for seamless integration. You will facilitate agile rituals: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and prioritize functional deliverables, ensuring the smooth running of development cycles.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development, including 2 years as a lead or technical referent.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, React, and SQL databases.
- Ability to make pragmatic decisions, move quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Team spirit, pedagogical skills, and open-mindedness.
- Comfortable in agile environments, with clear and supportive communication.
- Experience with Bun, CI/CD, security, or performance optimization (a plus).
