Treasury Manager
Legend is hiring a Treasury Manager to report directly to the Head of Treasury. The role focuses on providing the business with clear cash visibility, accurate covenant reporting, and the maintenance of strong controls across the international group.
The Treasury Manager will own day-to-day treasury operations, including forecasting liquidity, managing global banking administration, and identifying financial risks. The position involves working closely with the wider finance team to improve forecasting, strengthen processes, and implement smarter ways of working through technology and automation.
- Own daily and weekly liquidity forecasts, support medium-term forecasting, and investigate variances to identify funding needs, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver accurate, controlled covenant and debt reporting, including calculations, compliance monitoring, and lender reporting.
- Manage banking administration, accounts, mandates, and authorised signatories while maintaining accurate records within the governance framework.
- Monitor FX exposures and hedging positions, support stress testing, and build reports to highlight financial risks.
- Maintain strong controls and clear procedures while improving data quality and supporting the optimisation of treasury systems.
- Experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance within a commercial business (required).
- Strong cashflow and liquidity forecasting skills, including analysing variances (required).
- Experience preparing or managing covenant calculations, compliance monitoring, and lender reporting (required).
- Hands-on knowledge of banking administration, mandates, and cash management processes (required).
- Understanding of FX and financial risk (required).
- Strong Excel, analytical, and financial modelling skills (required).
- Interest in using treasury technology and automation (required).
