AI Value & Insights Associate

Description

LeoVegas has a clear ambition to be the global leader in embedding AI across the business, giving every player a superior experience delivered in the most efficient way possible. To achieve this, a central AI Hub has been established, led by the Chief AI Officer, which collaborates closely with AI Champions in every function. As an AI Value & Insights Specialist in the AI Hub's Business team, the role ensures the value AI is creating is understood, how the company compares with the market, and that colleagues receive the necessary assistance to use AI effectively. The role encompasses three key areas: tracking the financial and business impact of the AI programme in partnership with Finance, benchmarking competitor and leading company AI usage, and managing the AI Helpdesk as the primary contact for AI-related queries across the company. Collaboration will occur with the AI Hub team, functional AI Champions, Finance, Product & Technology, HR, Comms, Security, and Legal, with insights reported to AI and business leadership. This is a broad, highly visible role at the heart of a company-wide AI transformation, suitable for an analytical, curious individual who enjoys both numbers and people and desires a front-row seat to AI's impact on the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining the AI KPI framework and dashboards, tracking adoption, productivity gains, costs and ROI across the AI portfolio in partnership with Finance.
  • Setting baselines and measuring the before-and-after impact of AI use cases, turning results into clear financial reporting for leadership.
  • Monitoring the AI programme budget and spend (tools, licences, infrastructure) against plan and flagging deviations early.
  • Running ongoing competitor and market benchmarking of AI in iGaming and beyond, covering player-facing features, internal use cases and AI maturity.
  • Turning benchmarking findings into actionable insights and recommendations that feed the AI strategy and use case prioritisation.
  • Setting up and running the AI Helpdesk, answering colleagues' questions on AI tools, access, guidelines and use cases, and routing complex requests to the right experts.
  • Building and maintaining a self-service knowledge base (FAQs, guides, prompt libraries) and using helpdesk insights to spot adoption barriers and training needs.
  • Helping capture and share internal AI success stories with Comms to inspire adoption and strengthen the employer brand.
Requirements
  • A university degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field (required).
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and a solid understanding of how AI creates business value, and where its limitations lie (required).
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience building business cases, ROI models and KPI dashboards (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar) (required).
  • Experience in financial analysis, business performance, strategy, consulting or a similar analytical role (required).
  • Structured market and competitor research skills, with the ability to turn findings into clear, actionable insights (required).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and a strong service mindset, able to explain AI and numbers clearly to non-technical colleagues at all levels (required).
  • Experience from iGaming, betting or another regulated, consumer-facing digital industry (nice-to-have).
  • Experience setting up or running internal support or helpdesk processes, or working with service management tools (e.g. Jira Service Management) (nice-to-have).
