Description

LeoVegas is looking for a Backend Engineer to join the Regulatory Reporting Team in Warsaw. This role focuses on maintaining and developing regulatory reporting functionality for the casino platform in the Netherlands.

The team works on improvements and evolutions for an established solution. The successful candidate will collaborate with high-skilled engineers.

Responsibilities
  • Business requirements analysis
  • Exploring others' domains
  • API writing
  • Documentation
  • Implementing microservices code and tests
  • Troubleshooting
  • Performance fixing and tuning
  • Testing
  • On-call availability (maximum of once per quarter)
Requirements
  • Min. 3+ years of experience using Java/Kotlin + Spring Boot framework (required)
  • Experience with MySQL (required)
  • Desire to develop and work in the data engineering field and become an SQL expert (required)
  • Familiarity with microservice architecture (required)
  • Fluent English (C1 level minimum) (required)
  • Experience with Kotlin (nice-to-have)
  • Experience with Kafka (nice-to-have)
