Description

LeoVegas is looking for enthusiastic individuals to serve as the welcoming face and voice for their customers. The role involves engaging with users via email and live chat to ensure they receive exceptional service.

As a Customer Experience Advisor, the successful candidate will be at the heart of operations. They will have the opportunity to collaborate with various internal teams, including Payments, Fraud, Safer Gambling, and CRM, to facilitate a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Clear and concise communication to customers via live chat, email and phone.
  • Listening to customer inquiries and resolving problems effectively whilst adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Addressing customer complaints professionally, with empathy and patience, with a focus on turning negative experiences into positive ones.
Requirements
  • An ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team and our culture (required)
  • Native proficiency in Dutch (required)
  • Fluent in English (required)
  • Enthusiasm and be a self-motivated team player (required)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (required)
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities (required)
  • Previous experience in the gambling industry (nice-to-have)
