Customer Experience Advisor - German
LeoVegas is looking for dedicated, passionate, and customer-focused individuals to become the welcoming face and voice whilst providing exceptional service to valued customers. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be at the heart of the action, engaging with customers via email and live chat to ensure their experience with the company is nothing short of fantastic. You will also have the chance to collaborate with talented teams in Payments, Fraud, Safer Gambling, and CRM, making every day an opportunity to learn and grow.
- Provide clear and concise communication to customers via live chat, email and phone.
- Listen to customer inquiries and resolve problems effectively whilst adhering to policies and procedures.
- Address customer complaints professionally, with empathy and patience, with a focus on turning negative experiences into positive ones.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team and our culture (required).
- Fluent in both writing and speaking in German (required).
- Fluent in English (required).
- Enthusiasm and be a self-motivated team player (required).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (required).
- Strong organisational and time management abilities (required).
- Previous experience in the gambling industry is desirable but not essential (nice-to-have).
