Description

LeoVegas is looking for enthusiastic individuals to serve as the welcoming face and voice of the company while providing exceptional service to customers. The role places the advisor at the heart of the action, engaging with customers via email and live chat to ensure their experience is fantastic.

Advisors have the opportunity to collaborate with talented teams in Payments, Fraud, Safer Gambling, and CRM. This position offers a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, providing constant opportunities to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clear and concise communication to customers via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Listen to customer inquiries and resolve problems effectively while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Address customer complaints professionally, with empathy and patience, focusing on turning negative experiences into positive ones.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team and culture (required).
  • Fluent in English (required).
  • Enthusiasm and a self-motivated team player attitude (required).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (required).
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities (required).
  • Previous experience in the gambling industry (nice-to-have).
