Description

LeoVegas is seeking an experienced Programmatic Manager to join the UK&I Media team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for planning and managing Programmatic and Display marketing strategies across multiple brands. The position involves driving new initiatives and projects to expand activity and grow the channel within the local structure for the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Paid Social and Programmatic Lead while collaborating with stakeholders across the UK&I cluster, including Marketing, Brand, Creative, and AdTech teams. The role requires the utilisation of the latest solutions and tools from Programmatic platforms such as YouTube, The Trade Desk, Sportradar, and Moloco. The manager will be expected to take ownership of multiple accounts, bring new DSPs in-house, and implement industry-leading solutions while mentoring colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and managing a wide range of Programmatic and Display campaigns hands-on across multiple platforms, including YouTube, The Trade Desk, Sportradar, Moloco and similar, for all verticals such as casino, live casino, and sports betting.
  • Analysing metrics from internal tools and platforms to track campaign performance and continuously optimise accounts, while reporting on results and achievements to relevant stakeholders.
  • Implementing new industry-leading solutions and running regular A/B tests across activity, aligned with overall goals and KPIs.
  • Building strong relationships with key partners including digital media agencies, external digital platform teams, and tech vendors.
  • Navigating complex tracking and attribution systems by partnering with AdTech teams to maximise measurement capabilities across the channel and expand incrementality testing.
  • Collaborating with Brand and Creative teams to ensure messaging and creatives are aligned across the funnel and utilise channel best practices.
  • Activating CRM data within DSPs to execute highly targeted segmentation strategies and drive lookalike modelling.
  • Staying ahead of platform updates, new ad formats, and emerging media opportunities.
  • Working closely with Central Marketing teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and best practice sharing across markets.
  • Ensuring full compliance with regional advertising regulations and other compliance standards.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of experience managing Programmatic and Display campaigns, client side or agency (required).
  • Gaming industry experience (nice-to-have).
  • Hands-on experience working with popular channel platforms and tools such as YouTube, The Trade Desk, Sportradar, DV360, AdForm, or Moloco (required).
  • Good knowledge of Programmatic best practices, covering technical perspectives, performance delivery, creative guidelines, and tools (required).
  • Strong analytical mindset with professional experience using analytics tools like Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, or Appsflyer (required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team (required).
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (required).
