Head of Change & Tech (Fraud/Risk & AML)

Description

LeoVegas is seeking a Head of FRAM Change & Tech to lead the function's change, automation, and technology agenda. This role involves transforming improvement ideas into a clear, prioritised, and delivered portfolio while setting a multi-year automation strategy to reshape operational workflows. Reporting to the Director of FRAM, the position requires working closely with Product and Technology leadership to secure the department's place on company-wide roadmaps and identifying AI-enabled solutions to scale fraud, risk, and AML operations.

Although the role begins without direct reports, it is designed to evolve into a leadership position where the incumbent will build and manage a team of change and automation specialists. The successful candidate will act as a senior escalation point for cross-functional delivery risks and ensure that the FRAM function remains agile and compliant across all regulated markets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and prioritise FRAM's change, technology and automation portfolio, including a multi-year automation strategy.
  • Manage the FRAM priority backlog end-to-end, with transparent tracking and clear accountability for outcomes.
  • Track and report benefits realisation, showing value delivered against value promised to the Director and senior leadership.
  • Represent FRAM as a peer in Product & Technology roadmap, resourcing and governance forums.
  • Identify and business-case automation opportunities with P&T and PIA to reduce manual effort, risk and cost-to-serve.
  • Lead readiness planning for new regulatory requirements, products and markets across all licensed jurisdictions from FRAM.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for cross-functional delivery risks and blockers.
  • Build and grow a team of change and automation specialists over time, embedding change management as a core discipline across FRAM.
Requirements
  • Significant experience leading change portfolios, including prioritisation, governance, business cases and benefits realisation (required).
  • Deep understanding of fraud, risk and AML operating models, ideally in iGaming, fintech or another regulated industry (required).
  • Strong knowledge of automation, AI/ML and workflow platforms, enough to set direction and hold technology partners accountable (required).
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills, including with Product and Technology leaders (required).
  • Proven experience building and leading a team of specialists and driving a delivery-focused culture (required).
  • Experience of regulatory readiness planning across multiple licensed markets, such as differing KYC requirements (nice-to-have).
  • A recognised change or portfolio management qualification (e.g. Prosci, MSP, PRINCE2 or Agile) (nice-to-have).
Benefits
  • Hybrid work policy.
  • 4 weeks of Workation (T&C apply).
  • Well-being allowance to support your active lifestyle.
  • Private health insurance.
  • Discounts across a range of retailers, gyms, bars & restaurants.
  • Employee assistance program that can provide help and guidance during challenging moments.
