Process Automation Specialist

Description

As part of a talented 10-person team, the Process Automation Specialist will act as a trusted technical partner to stakeholders and process owners across all global departments. They will work closely with process improvement specialists to turn operational workflows into optimised, automated systems.

This role offers a platform to explore emerging tools, experiment with new technologies, and have the creative freedom to deploy intelligent workflows from scratch, building impactful solutions and growing their career.

Responsibilities
  • Designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and complementary RPA platforms.
  • Building and deploying autonomous AI agents using frameworks like Google ADK and Claude to enable multi-step reasoning and complex workflows.
  • Integrating advanced AI capabilities into workflows, including natural language processing, document understanding, and generative AI patterns.
  • Evaluating business use cases to architect the right solution, deciding whether a process is best served by traditional RPA, an AI agent, or a hybrid approach.
  • Conducting technical discovery and scoping sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to assess project feasibility and estimate engineering effort.
  • Establishing development best practices across the team, running automation reviews, performance tuning, and conducting unit testing to ensure data reliability at scale.
  • Monitoring and optimising live automations, while staying on top of advancements in LLMs and agentic frameworks to introduce new tools to the business.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in process automation and RPA development (required).
  • Proven experience or a strong, demonstrated interest in building AI agents using modern frameworks like Google ADK, Claude agents, or LangChain (required).
  • Direct experience applying AI/ML technologies such as NLP, document processing, or generative AI directly within live automation setups (required).
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture, RPA governance rules, enterprise deployment practices and version control (required).
  • Prior experience working within the iGaming industry (nice-to-have).
  • Solid Python scripting skills with practical experience building custom integrations and connecting to system APIs (nice-to-have).
