Senior Javascript Engineer - Core Experience
LeoVegas is looking for a passionate and experienced self-driven Senior JavaScript Engineer to join its multinational frontend team. The role involves creating new features and maintaining the full product of LeoVegas.com while working in close collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend peers.
The successful candidate will focus on the Rest of the World cluster, directly impacting markets such as Canada, Germany, and Malta. This position serves as a key factor in delivering features and maintaining the brand, with the opportunity to contribute experience to the current team and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain high-quality JavaScript applications.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging user experience.
- Drive the development of most of the frontend features of Leovegas.com.
- Improve and maintain the applications with a product focus.
- Contribute to launching new brands and brand expansions into new territories.
- Strong, proven experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js (required)
- Solid working knowledge of GraphQl (required)
- Practical experience with Node.js and microservices (required)
- Experience with tracking and monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog) (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with OpenAPI and BigQuery (nice-to-have)
- Experience leveraging AI tools like Claude or GitHub Copilot (nice-to-have)
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for adopting AI to enhance engineering practices and software delivery (nice-to-have)
